Everything you put in ONA can be deleted. The quickest way is in the app.
01In the app
SettingsAccountErase everything
It asks first. Then it deletes your chapters, days, journal, photos, XP and streaks, and your anonymous account, straight away, and the app starts fresh. This can’t be undone.
If you never started a free trial or subscription, nothing you entered left your phone, and deleting the app removes it.
02If you can’t open the app
Email support@becoming-her.app with your Account ID. You’ll find it in SettingsAccountAccount ID, where a tap copies it. It’s also in any email you’ve sent from SettingsContact support.
I’ll delete everything linked to that ID within 30 days and write back when it’s done.
The app never asks for your email address or phone number, so without the Account ID there’s no safe way to tell which data is yours.
03What’s deleted, and what stays
Deleted
- your chapters, goals and life wheel scores
- your rituals and side quests
- every day’s one thing, mood, energy and journal
- your photos
- your XP, streaks and reminder settings
- your anonymous account
Stays
- purchase records with Apple, Google and RevenueCat, which billing and tax rules require. They hold nothing you wrote.
- emails you’ve sent to support
- analytics events and crash reports already sent. They aren’t linked to your account, and they expire under Google’s retention settings.
04Your subscription
Erasing your data doesn’t cancel your subscription. Cancel it with the store you paid through:
- iPhone: SettingsYour nameSubscriptions, then choose ONA: Goal Tracker, Her Glow Up.
- Android: Google PlayProfilePayments & subscriptionsSubscriptions, then choose ONA: Goal Tracker, Her Glow Up.
