01The agreement
These terms apply when you download or use ONA: Goal Tracker, Her Glow Up (“ONA” or “the app”), built and run by Darja Orlova. Please read them before you use the app. By using it, you agree to them. How your data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
02Who can use the app
You need to be 16 or over to use ONA. If you’re under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission to subscribe.
03Your licence
You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use, on devices you own or control, as the App Store and Google Play rules allow.
You may not copy or modify the app, any part of it or its trademarks, try to extract its source code, translate it into other languages or make derivative versions of it. The app, its design, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property in it belong to Darja Orlova.
04Your content
What you write and the photos you add stay yours. You give me permission to store and process them only to run the app for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. Only add photos you have the right to use.
05Not professional advice
ONA helps you choose a focus, plan small daily steps and keep track of them. It isn’t medical, mental-health, nutritional, financial or other professional advice. If something affects your health or wellbeing, talk to a qualified professional.
06Subscriptions and free trials
After setup, ONA needs an active free trial or subscription. The plans on offer, such as monthly or yearly, and their prices are shown in the app and by the App Store or Google Play before you buy. Prices can differ by country.
If a free trial is offered, it becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any offer or discount applies on the terms shown when you subscribed. I may change plans, prices and offers, and the App Store or Google Play tells you before a price change affects your subscription.
When a subscription ends, the app shows the subscription screen until you subscribe again. Your data stays stored until you erase it.
07Payment
Apple or Google takes the payment through your store account. The price, currency and payment terms are shown before you confirm and can depend on where you live. By paying, you confirm you’re allowed to use that payment method.
08Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your account is charged for the next period within the 24 hours before the current one ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
09Cancelling and refunds
Cancellations and refunds follow the rules of the store you paid through. For App Store purchases, you can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, see Google Play’s refund policy.
Deleting the app or erasing your data doesn’t cancel a subscription.
10Changes to the app
I keep working on ONA and may add, change or remove features at any time. I’ll never charge you for anything without making clear what you’re paying for.
The app is available on iOS and Android. Their requirements can change, so you may need to install updates to keep using it, and I don’t promise the app will always support your device or system version. I may also stop offering the app. If that happens, the rights these terms give you end and you must stop using it.
11Your phone and connection
Keep your phone and your access to the app secure. Don’t jailbreak or root your phone: it weakens its security, and the app may not work properly or at all.
Most of the app needs an internet connection. Charges from your mobile network, including roaming, are your responsibility, and if you’re not the bill payer for your phone, you need their permission. I can’t take responsibility for the app not working when you have no connection or your phone’s battery runs out.

13App Store downloads
If you downloaded ONA from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
14Liability
I work to keep the app accurate and running, but it relies on third-party services and it’s provided as is. As far as the law allows, I’m not liable for any loss, direct or indirect, that comes from relying only on the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
15Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it took effect at the top.
