01Is ONA free?

Setting up is free: you score your life wheel, pick the area that needs you most and set your goal. To start the chapter, ONA needs a subscription, and the yearly plan begins with 7 days free.

There are no ads, and nothing else to buy.

02How much does ONA cost?

It depends on where you live. Prices differ by country and currency, and they can change, so this page doesn’t list them. The App Store on iPhone and Google Play on Android show the price in your currency before you confirm, and so does the subscription screen in the app.

If a price changes, your store tells you before it affects your subscription.

03What’s the difference between the plans?

Only how you pay. Monthly renews every month. Yearly renews once a year, costs less per month, and starts with 7 days free; the subscription screen shows how much you save. Both unlock everything in the app.

04How does the free trial work?

Choose the yearly plan and the first 7 days are free. If you allow notifications, ONA reminds you two days before the first charge. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you won’t be charged; otherwise it becomes a yearly subscription.

The trial is for new subscribers. If you’ve had it before, the subscription screen shows the price without it.

05How do I cancel?

Cancel with the store you paid through. ONA takes you there from SettingsManage subscription, or go straight there on your phone:

• iPhone: SettingsYour nameSubscriptions, then choose ONA: Goal Tracker, Her Glow Up.
• Android: Google PlayProfilePayments & subscriptionsSubscriptions, then choose ONA: Goal Tracker, Her Glow Up.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep everything until the end of the time you’ve paid for.

06Can I get a refund?

Refunds follow the rules of the store you paid through, and the store decides. For the App Store, ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, see Google Play’s refund policy.

07What happens when my subscription ends?

The app shows the subscription screen until you subscribe again, and your chapters, days and photos stay stored until you erase them. Erasing your data or deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription, so cancel it with your store too.

08Do I pay again on a new phone?

No. Use the same Apple ID or Google account, and tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen or in Settings.
